The long wait is finally over as Aamir has joined the micro blogging site, Twitter. The actor made a surprise entry on June 30, as he was supposed to join Twitter on July 1. Aamir's first tweet from his handle, @aamir_khan was, 'Testing. Aamir.' Within five hours of his first tweet, Aamir had 24, 438 followers.
Karan Johar welcomed the actor saying, '@aamir_khan on twitterverse people!!!'
Salman Khan has 216,693 followers while Shah Rukh Khan 484,071 currently. Let's wait and watch if Aamir is able to beat their followers
