Vishal - Shekhar with Sajid in Anjaana Anjaani

ANJAANA ANJAANI is the first ever film for composers Vishal and Shekhar where they are working with Sajid Nadiadwala. Though the producer has worked with the likes of Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, Anu Malik, Sajid-Wajid and Nadeem-Shravan in the past, coming together was Vishal-Shekhar was long due. While audience reactions to the music is still awaited as it would arrive on the stands only next month, Sajid has gone on record by not just tagging the soundtrack as the best ever to coming out of his banner but also the AASHIQUI of modern era.

He had said, "It's going to be an entirely different experience in case of ANJAANA ANJAANI. Vishal-Shekhar have touched a new high this time around. There are seven songs in the film and I can comfortably state that they have managed to do something which is on the lines of AASHIQUI. Music created by Nadeem-Sharavan for that film is considered cult today. I am sure ANJAANA ANJAANI too will find similar space for itself in years to come."

One can also expect the mutual comfort that director Siddharth Anand and the composer duo must have shared, courtesy their long association over last so many years. Also, this is their fourth romantic film in a row after SALAAM NAMASTE, TA RA RUM PUM and BACHNA AE HASEENO.
